1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Core Pulse at core-pulse.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Core Pulse ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform — whether as a guest or a registered user — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Core Pulse provides an AI-powered workspace platform that includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

• AI-powered search and question answering
• Intelligent document analysis and summarisation
• AI image generation and editing
• Code generation, debugging, and explanation
• AI-assisted presentation creation
• Deep research and information synthesis

Some features are available without registration ("Guest Access"), while others require a registered account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use Core Pulse. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@core-pulse.io

You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Core Pulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Create, distribute, or use malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that could overburden or impair its performance

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including removing content and terminating accounts.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Core Pulse, including search queries, uploaded documents, and any other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Core Pulse a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.

5.2 Core Pulse Intellectual Property

The Core Pulse platform, including its design, code, AI models, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Core Pulse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Core Pulse may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

Core Pulse uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, images, code, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be relied upon as professional advice
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it for any important purpose
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content
• Core Pulse does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from bias or errors

7. Free and Paid Services

Core Pulse offers both free and premium tiers of service. The free tier allows guest access to basic AI search functionality without registration. Registered free accounts receive additional features as described on the Platform.

Premium features, if offered, will be subject to separate pricing terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of Core Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORE PULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Core Pulse in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@core-pulse.io. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Termination by Core Pulse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Caused harm to other users or the Platform
• Remained inactive for more than 24 months

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
